Shipping and returns

All lamps are made to order. Production takes 6-14 working days depending on the model; the estimate is shown on each product page and at checkout.

Orders are dispatched from Sønderborg, Denmark, with tracking sent by email.

We deliver across the EU and to the United Kingdom. Delivery normally takes 2-8 working days after dispatch depending on the destination.

Shipping within Denmark is included. Elsewhere, shipping is calculated at checkout. Any import duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

You may return an unused lamp within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging, for a refund of the item price.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty. Please contact hello@settleobjects.dk before returning anything so we can confirm the address and reference.

Made-to-order pieces in a non-standard configuration may be excluded from the right of return; this is stated clearly before you order.

If a lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, write to us with your order reference and a photograph. We repair, replace or refund. Fine surface variation from the layered production process is normal and is not a fault.
