Shipping and returns

All lamps are produced in small batches in Sønderborg. Ordering is not open yet; once it is, production takes 8-14 working days depending on the model, and the estimate is shown on each product page.

Orders are dispatched from Sønderborg, Denmark, with tracking sent by email.

We deliver within Denmark. Delivery normally takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Shipping within Denmark is included.

You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to notify SETTLE that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

The item must be securely packaged for return. We recommend using the original packaging where it remains suitable, but this is not a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.

The customer pays the direct cost of return shipping for an ordinary withdrawal.

When you withdraw, we refund all payments received for the purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive notice of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or the customer provides evidence that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Products made to the customer's individual specifications or given a clearly personal character may be excluded from the right of withdrawal. Where such an exception applies, this will be stated clearly before purchase. Choosing between SETTLE's standard models and standard colours does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.

Danish statutory consumer rights apply. If a complaint is covered by the statutory right to complain, remedy or replacement is provided without cost to the customer, including reasonable necessary return costs.
